The University of Birmingham is recruiting six MOBILITY fellows to develop independent molecular biodiscovery research programmes through five-year appointments. Relevant fields include microbiology, infection, microbiomes, plant science and engineering. Applications close December 18, 2026. Applicants may be of any nationality but must hold a relevant higher degree, have no permanent research position and meet the MSCA mobility rule: generally no more than 12 months in the UK during the previous three years.
