Master 2 / MSc internship at L2CM, Université de Lorraine (Vandoeuvre-lès-Nancy) in the PEPSIS project, which combines bacteriophages and phototherapy against severe bacterial skin infections, including multidrug-resistant ones. The intern designs, synthesises and characterises photoactive metal-based assemblies (MAPS), with possible antibacterial assays and preliminary MAPS–phage studies; the most promising systems are to be combined with bacteriophages as targeted bioconjugates against pathogens such as Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Two places, starting 4 January 2027; candidates should have a background in organic synthesis.
