PhageLysData: an evidence-aware dataset of phage lytic enzymes and depolymerases

PhageLysData is a versioned dataset of phage lytic enzymes and depolymerases, integrating 807,366 source observations into 759,105 unique exact-sequence entities. It separates an 11,867-entity evidence-supported Core, a 745,092-candidate prediction-only extension, and 2,146 Context entities retained for provenance. The authors archive the resource on Zenodo and describe linked code, workflows and executable notebooks.
