Bolero checkpoints predict cell-state-specific gene regulation from DNA
Bolero provides downloadable checkpoints for predicting cell-state-specific chromatin accessibility and gene expression from DNA sequence. The model uses a Borzoi backbone with conditional adapters and was trained on 10.7 million cells across six species. Its MIT-licensed model card links the checkpoints, training data and GPU-based prediction code. Intended uses include noncoding-variant scoring and cross-species prediction; the models are not validated for clinical use.
