MetabDB connects metabolic measures with disease and genetic evidence

MetabDB lets researchers search and browse metabolic measures, diseases and traits, genes and variants, with separate layers for population associations, genetic and molecular QTL evidence, colocalisation and Mendelian randomisation. It also offers disease-association profiles and case studies, retaining source assay definitions and study provenance across UK Biobank and external cohorts. The database distinguishes these evidence layers rather than presenting their connections as a causal chain.
