I'm a Project Manager in the Process Development and Viruses team at Sartorius BIA Separations, where we offer Cornerstone® Biomanufacturing Development Services for viruses, VLPs, exosomes, and other biomolecules, including bacteriophages. I began working with monoliths in 2014, but my journey into the world of bacteriophages started in 2018 with my first project focused on purifying phages using monoliths. Since then, I've been working to gain a clearer understanding of the demands, purity, and customer needs for phages and similar large biomolecules. I've collaborated on various projects, working with different types of bacteriophages from several types of host bacteria, gaining valuable experience and expertise in downstream purification processes.
