I recently started my first independent line of research on phages important in the control of human pathogens. I did my bachelor's and master's thesis on bacterial antibiotic resistance and later my PhD thesis on hepatitis C virus genetic diversity and translational attenuation. I'm looking for collaborations in bioinformatics as well as research exchange opportunities.
